Transition Program

Aloha and Welcome to Daniel K. Inouye Elementary School!

 

Our Transition Program is designed to provide dedicated support for incoming military families as they become part of our school community. The program ensures a smooth and successful transition to both the school and island life.

 

As part of this program, we offer:

  • Guided tours to help new families familiarize themselves with the school.
  • Support through the Anchored 4 Life program for both new and outgoing students.
  • Opportunities for new students to connect with peers and learn about our school in a welcoming and fun environment.

 

We are committed to partnering with students, parents, and teachers to foster a sense of belonging and build our DKIES Ohana (family).
